Napster and HUMAIN Partner to Bring Arabic-Native AI to Public and Private Organizations Across the Middle East

NEW YORK and RIYADH — October 6, 2026 — Napster, the AI company democratizing access to expertise through embodied, multimodal agents, today announced a strategic partnership with HUMAIN, a PIF company delivering full-stack artificial intelligence capabilities globally, to improve access to and adoption of advanced AI models and embodied AI throughout Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. The partnership brings Arabic-native intelligence to Napster’s platform for deploying AI human-like agents and training Napster products to better serve consumers and businesses in the region.

The integration combines HUMAIN’s ALLAM large language model, ASR (automatic speech recognition), and SawtArabi’s TTS (text-to-speech) capabilities with Napster’s video presence, Large Persona Model technology, and multimodal agent infrastructure. The result is a new class of digital employee: AI agents built on a model shaped by more than 600 Arabic language and cultural experts, capable of understanding and speaking Arabic natively, carrying conversation history across sessions, and interacting with customers and colleagues through voice, video, and conversational interfaces.

With 71% of Saudi Arabia's population under the age of 35 and a median age of 23.5, according to the General Authority for Statistics 2024 Saudi Family Statistics Report, the Kingdom's workforce and consumer base expects AI to meet them in Arabic as a baseline and understand cultural nuances that are native to them. Napster plans to bring these capabilities directly to its existing private and public sector client base in Saudi Arabia and across the region, creating immediate opportunities to deploy Arabic-fluent digital employees that can serve this generation at scale.
