Overview
Eligible customers can receive up to $300 in Napster billing credits valid for use during the first three months of their Napster Omniagent API pay-as-you-go subscription when purchasing through Microsoft Marketplace.
Eligibility
Offer valid for new Napster Omniagent API customers who subscribe via the Microsoft Marketplace between the offer launch date and August 31, 2026. "New customer" is defined as an entity that does not currently have a paid Napster Omniagent API account or a Napster subscription on Microsoft Marketplace and has not had one within the past 12 months. This offer is available only for new pay-as-you-go subscriptions purchased through Microsoft Marketplace and may not be applied to existing, prior, renewed, or previously cancelled subscriptions. Eligibility is restricted to one redemption per unique Azure ID. Napster channel partners, resellers, agents, distributors, and employees are not eligible.
Credit details
The promotional credit is up to $300 USD applied as a billing credit against Napster Omniagent API pay-as-you-go usage on Microsoft Marketplace. Credits apply only to usage charges incurred within the first 90 days (three months) following subscription activation, and are limited to a maximum of $300 per eligible customer/account.
Timing
You must start your deployment during the promotional period specified in the offer communication. Credits apply until either $300 is fully used or three months have elapsed, whichever occurs first. Any unused credits at the end of the period are forfeited and cannot be reinstated, carried over, or redeemed for cash. Any usage above $300 will be billed through your Microsoft Azure account.

Napster reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. This is a limited-time offer, void where prohibited, non-transferable, and has no cash value.
