Napster and Best Buy to Promote Availability Online and at Stores

immediate digital availability of the entire Dave Matthews Band catalog via the Napster music
service. Previously available only on Dave Matthews Band's own Web site, all of the band's albums,

Best Buy will join Napster in promoting the digital service debut nationwide through August 22nd
and the Dave Matthews Band catalog will continue to be part of both the Napster and Best Buy music
offerings.
