Napster Mobile allows you to browse, purchase and download songs from Napster using your cell phone.
Purchasing songs using your cell phone differs based upon the service provider you have.

Some providers allow you to purchase and download songs directly to your cell phone and optionally send a free copy of the song to your PC.

Some providers allow you to purchase the song from your cell phone and send it directly to your PC via email. Once you download the song to your PC you can transfer it onto your phone, another portable device or burn it to CD.

Some providers allow you to purchase and download songs directly to your cell phone only.
Check with your carrier for more information about which service they offer.

How Do I Sign Up for Napster Mobile?
Depending on your service provider you may not have to. If your provider allows you to
download songs directly to your phone you can use Napster Mobile without having to register.
To access the songs you purchase via your PC, you are required to register with Napster.
Registering is quick and easy. The only information we require is a unique username, a
password and your email address. That’s it!

Can I Transfer Songs I Purchase on My Phone to My PC or Another Portable Device?
You cannot transfer a song downloaded to your cell phone to your PC. If your service provider supports
Napster’s email feature, when you purchase a song from Napster using your cell phone, we will send you
an email containing a link to download the song directly to your PC. Once you download the song to your
PC, you can transfer it to another PC or portable device or burn it to CD.
Note - The link contained in this email is designed to expire after you download your song. Not all
carriers send an email with a link to your purchased track. Check with your carrier for more details.
I am a Napster To Go Subscriber. Can I Download Songs to my Phone?
As a Napster To Go subscriber you can transfer songs from your PC to any Napster To Gocompatible phone. Simply connect it to your PC and transfer songs as you would to any portable device.
You must purchase a song to download it directly to your phone using Napster Mobile.
Note - You must have a microSD card installed in your phone to work with Napster To Go. Refer to your phone’s user manual for more information on installing and formatting a microSD card.
If you remove or change your phone’s microSD card, you will no longer be able to play saved songs.
Certain phones require a miniSD card in place of a microSD card. Check your phone’s user manual for details.
I Get An Error Message Indicating My Phone Must Be Reformatted. What Do I Do?
If you see a message indicating you must reformat your phone, verify that you have a microSD card installed.
If you have a microSD card installed, refer to your phone’s user manual for information about reformatting it.
