Napster cards are a convenient way to pre-purchase Napster music or a Napster Subscription. Songs purchased with the Napster Card can be burned to CD or transferred to a portable device.
Note: If you reside in CA, CT, HI, LA, MA, ME, MT, ND, NH, NJ, OH, OK, RI, VT, or WA, and bought or hold a Napster Card with "Card carries its value for 1 year from day of activation" or "Card carries its value for 1-year from date of purchase" or similar language on the back of the card, Napster wants you to know that your card will not lose its value over time. Your card will continue to carry its value until it is redeemed. Please click "Redeem" and follow the instructions to redeem your Napster Card.
The Napster Card cannot be used to purchase albums.
Here's how you can use the credits on your Napster Card:

Select Redeem Cards & Codes located in the top right corner of the Napster player.
2.
Enter the Pin Number in the provided "Napster Card Number or Promo Code" field. You can find this number on the back of your Napster Card.
3.
Click submit.
The track credits will now appear in your account and can be used towards track purchases. You can check your track credits at any time by looking under Account Status.
How Do I Redeem a Napster Card or Promo Code?
If you would like to redeem a promo code that you received from a Napster promotion:
1.
Select Redeem Cards & Codes located in the top right corner of the Napster player.
2.
Enter the code number in the provided "Napster Card Number or Promo Code" field.
3.
Click submit.
The free track credits will now appear in your account and can be used toward track purchases. You can check your track credits at any time by looking under Account Status. If your promo code is for a subscription, your membership type will be automatically updated (some subscription promo codes require submission of your billing information).
How Do I Check My Track Credits?
To see the number of track credits you have left, select the My Account link located at the top of the player. Your remaining track credits are displayed on the Member Information page.
