Am I already an AOL Music Now member? Do I already have a Napster account?
If you had an active AOL Music Now account before March 14 and did not opt out of converting to Napster by contacting Music Now and cancelling your account, you now have a Napster account. Please note that AOL Music Now was a separate add-on to your basic AOL membership—in other words, not all AOL members were AOL Music Now members. If you did not have an active AOL Music Now account before March 14, Napster did not automatically create a Napster account for you. However, you may take a free trial of Napster at any time by going to www.napster.com/aol.
What happened to the songs and albums I purchased on AOL Music Now?
To access the music you purchased from AOL Music Now or other services and any music you have ripped to your PC, you must import it into Napster.
To import your music:
Sign in to Napster.
Go to the File menu and select Import Tracks to My Library.
Using the Import Track(s) to Library window, select the music you would like to import and click the OK button.
Is my AOL Music Now collection going to transfer to Napster?
Yes. We have attempted to match all of the music in your AOL Music Now collection with the same music in Napster. While a great majority of music was matched, there may be some cases where music was not transferred to your Napster library. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
To access your music collection, sign in to Napster and select the Library button in the upper right corner of the application.
Please note: All AOL Music Now subscription downloads (non-purchased content) will expire. These tracks will no longer play on your PC or portable device. Napster recommends that you delete this content from your PC and portable devices to avoid any confusion.
Do my AOL Music Now purchase credits transfer to my Napster account?
Yes. Any purchase credits you had with AOL Music Now have been transferred to your Napster account.
To view your purchase credit balance:
Sign in to Napster.
Go to the My Account menu and select Account Status.
Your purchase credits will display in the Account Status window.

Will I be charged more to use Napster?
No. As part of your migration from AOL Music Now to Napster, your monthly subscription fee will remain the same.
